Scrolling through Twitter (the inspiration mill), I discovered this old anti-smoking advertisement that I found intriguing. This mother and son, which translated with ease to be the Madonna and child, perhaps if we put God in danger, being exposed to secondhand smoke, there could be something he and his mother could share.
